In this radical workshop, we will investigate how we can celebrate and enjoy our aging as we mindfully prepare and protect our bodies, minds and spirits to meet the challenges, build our resilience, and incorporate Joyful Aging.
The foundation of Growing Younger Gracefully relies on the ancient movements and philosophies of Yoga.
You will leave this workshop with an array of tools to strengthen and maintain your
well-being with practices that support our aging with awareness, pizzazz, authenticity, and humor. Explore the concepts of nourishment, not diet; movement, not exercise; attitude and self-talk; healthy products; facial acupressure, meditation, and more.
Growing Younger Gracefully will be presentation, gentle movement,
discussion, and meditation.
